  We All Meditate
It is easy to "rest" the body, but the mind is another matter.  Meditation creates an atmosphere where the mind and body work together.  A temporary synchronization...a resetting of our mental, physical and spiritual energies. 

For many, meditation means to sit quietly and visualize, for others, a brisk run or walk is just as effective.

The point is to get everything flowing at the same speed no matter how fast or how slow.  When we accomplish this, we can then adjust our energies to whatever speed we wish.
Because of our unique needs and comfort levels, meditation is a very personal process.  Remember that there is no right or wrong way to experience meditative states.  It is a completely natural occurrence and we all do it everyday without realizing it.  The only difference with a structured meditation is that  we declare an intent to do so.  This intention, in itself, accelerates any result we hope to manifest.
Below is a collection of powerful meditations, including suggested reading materials, for you to experiment with.  Change them to fit your needs, cut them in half, double them, read them into a tape recorder so you don't have to remember them...do whatever you want to do, just be sure to Have fun!  Relax!  Or Don't Relax!  Whatever your goal may be.....just do it on PURPOSE!

  Meet Your Highest Self
  You probably experience your highest self everyday without realizing it.  When you are sitting at a stop light watching an elderly woman struggle to make it to the other side before the light changes - all the while with a smile on her face - that is your highest self waiving hello!  Use this meditation at any time to waive back.
  Manifest Anything!
  Yes, you can manifest anything at all.  Watch it though!  If you desire it, you WILL receive it.  This includes experiences, possessions, whatever it is you desire because abundance is a natural state.  The key is thought.  It really is that simple, but it does take practice to change habitual thought patterns that you may not even be aware of.   Use this meditation to focus your thoughts and create the abundance you deserve.
  Creative Supportive Relationships
  We all desire supportive relationships and at times we forget that ALL of our relationships support us in some manner.  Over time, our relationships evolve and occasionally lose the appeal that they once had.  The reality is, at some point, the purpose of the relationship has already been fulfilled and we can then choose to let the relationship pass out of our experience or we can change it and uncover a new purpose.  Either way, it is important that we continue to learn and grow from the experience.  Use this meditation to clarify your relationships and discover their intended purposes.
  Choose Your Environment
  Next to your own vibrations, the energies generated by your environment and the energies of individuals around you are the most critical.  We have all had that "heavy" feeling upon walking into a room or meeting certain people. We have also felt immediate comfort in other places and with strangers.  This is due to vibrations that you are naturally detecting.  This information is very useful and any negative or uncomfortable vibrations can actually be altered by you if you desire.   Use this meditation to attune with your surroundings and find comfort anywhere, with anyone, at any time.
  Learn To Let Go
  This is a biggy!  Although, rarely easy, letting go can create the most prosperous experiences of  your life.   As we all know, when one door closes, another opens, and with it you are presented with a whole new set of experiences.  Experiences which would be impossible to have, if prior conditions had not been released.  For instance, you may choose to travel north and then change your mind and travel south.  In choosing to change your direction, you have released your desire to travel north.  And, since these two directions are totally opposed, you obviously may not travel north and south simultaneously.  Use this meditation to clarify the direction you are now ready to travel.
  Dream Programming
  The time immediately before sleep or immediately upon awakening is magical.  Learn to use this time to recognize solutions and alleviate stress to ensure a great night's sleep and a positive tomorrow.
