| Because we realize that not each advisor is suited to each client, you have 5 minutes to evaluate your advisor. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service, exit the room and report any problems immediately. If your chat has exceeded the 5 minute evaluation period and you are not satisfied, you may not be entitled to a full refund, but your chat will be reviewed by our staff and any used minutes may be added back into your account to be used with another advisor at any time. |
| Refunds and/or time transfers are not based on the content of answers you receive, but rather on the service that is provided. |
| You are entitled to full refund or time transfer within the evaluation period for the following reasons: |
| 1) Your advisor asks for personal information such as your home address, your phone number, your email social security number, etc. Advisors are permitted to ask for your birth-date, city of birth, your gender and other information deemed necessary to provide you with an accurate reading. |
| 2) Your advisor takes an inordinate amount of time in answering your questions.

| 3) Your advisor does not attempt to answer the questions you have asked. |
| 4) Your advisor uses inappropriate language or offensive terms. |
