| Consultation Reimbursement Policy |
| Mystic Playground is
committed to providing you with a relaxed, uplifting experience during
your visit. For this reason, we record, monitor, and provide you
with a transcript of all of your psychic consultations both by email and
through access to your personal account information contained on this
site. Although Psychic Consultations are non-refundable, we will,
upon your request, review the chat in question and reimburse time used if
it is found that a consultant was unethical, non-responsive, or otherwise
inappropriate. If any of these instances occur, you should end your
chat immediately, and contact us promptly. |

Reimbursement of time
will also be given if you incur time deductions due to technical errors on
this site during your chat. If you experience technical
