How to Enable Cookies |

AOL 9 Security Edition |
- Select "Settings" from the top menu bar in AOL.
- An A-Z index of preferences will pop up, look
under "I" and click on "Internet (Web) Options"
- You will now have another window that allows you
to change browser settings. Click on "Internet
Explorer Settings" located on the right side of this
menu.
- Select the "Privacy" tab.
- Click on "Advanced".
- Check "Override Automatic Cookie Handling".
- Select "Accept" under 1st Party Cookies.
- Check "Always Allow Session Cookies".
- Click "OK"
- After you have adjusted these settings, you can
return to the
login or
join page.

AOL 6 and 7 |
- Go to keyword: PREFERENCES to open the AOL
Preferences window.
- From the "Organization" column, click on
"Internet Properties (www)."
- In the AOL Internet Properties window, click the
"Security" tab.
- Highlight the "Internet" zone and click the
"Custom Level" button.
- Scroll to the section labeled "Cookies." Make
sure the options "Allow cookies that are stored on
your computer" and "Allow per-session cookies" are
enabled.
- After you have adjusted these settings, you can
return to the
login or
join page.

- Select "Internet Options" from the Tools menu.
- Click on the "Privacy" tab.
- Click the "Advanced" button.

- Under "Privacy & Security", select "Cookies."
